Consummate business strategist of over 16 years with requisite experience in corporate/SBU strategies, business reengineering, project management etc. An agile communicator able to define clear corporate goals and precisely articulate them at SBU level. Developed and led lean growth strategies and presided over various change management processes and business repositioning. Wale is a thought leader in strategy, financial analysis and business development across many segments and geographies. Adept at recognizing and capitalizing on key business strengths to turn around or enhance performance in both struggling and well-established businesses. Track record of returning loss-making business to profitability ahead of mandate.

His professional experience span across leading intitutions in Africa including Firstbank of Nigeria, Access Bank, UBA, Agusto & Co. etc. His last appointment was as the Managing Director FBNBank Senegal.

Moustapha Sow

Moustapha Sow is a graduate of McGill University, Canada and a leading Senegalese entrepreneur with significant expertise in corporate and investment banking in Senegal and Canada. Moustapha SOW has extensive international experience in Corporate and Investment Banking. He was the former regional manager for Africa at the Islamic Corporation for the Insurance of Investment and Export Credit (“ICIEC”), a member of the Islamic Development Group (“IDB”); Corporate Banking at UBA and Diamond Bank in Senegal, Bank of Montreal & Citigroup in Toronto, Canada. A distinguished lecturer in Capital Markets & Corporate Finance at masters’ level at Institut Africain de Management (“IAM”), a top tier African business school based in Dakar – Senegal. Moustapha’s strength is in market making, deal origination and capital/finance arrangement, which spans contract financing, export/import financing, acquisition financing etc., across many industries in Sub-Sahara Africa.

Moustapha is also the founder of SF Capital, a leading Africa-focused company offering investment banking services, with offices in Senegal, Mauritius and Dubai. He is a philanthropist and the founder of Moustapha SOW Foundation.

Martin Eigbike

Martin is an experienced strategy and policy advisor and certified program/project manager. He has worked extensively across Africa, advising public institutions, bilateral and multilateral development agencies, international foundations, and private corporations on strategy and execution, public policy reform, and organizational effectiveness. Martin was most recently an Associate Partner and member of the global management team at Dalberg Advisors, where he worked on business development and project delivery across the Africa region. Prior to Dalberg, Martin worked with Accenture for nearly a decade, playing a key role in the firm’s successful expansion into the public sector in Nigeria, and helping build the firm’s internal capabilities in corporate strategy. He also recently worked for the Lagos State (Nigeria) government, to develop a policy for technology innovation cluster development. His recent work also included supporting the adoption of a framework for public-private collaboration on agri-business policy reforms across 25 countries in Africa, and the development of a mechanism for strengthening clinical research capacity in low-and-lower middle-income countries (LMICs), with a focus on Africa.

Tolulope Latunji

A Communication and Marketing expert with circa 10 years’ experience in brand & franchise building, experiential marketing, cluster/segment marketing effective management and communication of strategic objectives. Tolu’s strongest asset resides in his ability to harness his experience to deliver progressive and vibrant ideas/execution in the quest to stay ahead of competition.

Tolu is also co-founder/ Managing Partner of Ten & Square Media Co., a bespoke creative ideation firm, based in Lagos and London.

Tolu was recently the Strategic Communications lead at FMDQ Securities Exchange, Nigeria’s first integrated financial market infrastructure (FMI), where he had the responsibility of effectively positioning the Group, together with its subsidiaries, as a the most sophisticated and technologically driven securities exchange in Africa. Prior to that, Tolu worked in Guaranty Trust Bank for circa 9 years, with roles in Brand Management & Monitoring, Events and Experiential Marketing, Products and Content Marketing and User Experience. He led the Marketing team to the successful development and launch of various Retail, SME and Corporate products. Some notable ones are 737 Banking (Nigeria’s biggest USSD platform), GTWorld, EazySavers Account, QuickCredit, Habari etc. Tolu was also instrumental in curating and developing the Bank’s social footprints.
